I've been running since 1990, when a blood test my company was developing revealed that I was more out-of-shape than co-workers a dozen years older than me. While it took me until 2008 to run much more than 5-6 miles, I've since run several marathons (slowly!) and have been the therapist for the Round Rock Fit marathon training group since 2008. I started running in minimalist shoes in 2010, and have since set significant PRs in the Capital 10K, 3M Half Marathon, and Austin Marathon! (see Russell's Run Reports)
